Do you have this issue while signed in to any other Microsoft account on the PC?
I only have 1 account.
I think there is a built in administrator account.
or guest account.
Haven't looked there for a long time.
Maybe I should.....
Yeah, you could create a new local account just to see if the Store would open or not, but you would need to ne signed in to the Store to be able to download and install any apps from the Store though.
