PC really messed up

I can try removing the CMOS battery again ._.

Got the BIOS saving issues fixed but I'm still having some issues of course such that blue arrow in the white box not appearing sometimes on programs on the desktop, games I have on my external drive don't want to install on origin and downloads on chrome finish but just hang and I cant open for a minutes sometimes

Ya that only seems to happen when I post from my phone but I'm returning my 8320 to Amazon getting $145 back and getting a i5-4670k,Asrock Extreme 4 Z87 board and a new case
