Solved Multiple BSOD playing Call of Duty: BO3

Just got another BSOD. This BSOD and the last one I had both coincidentally happened after I finished playing and ended a game. Not sure if that means anything but I thought I'd note that since it seems a little suspicious.
.

When you end the game are you disconnecting at that moment any devices like headset gamingmouse etc.
Are they from CReative because your creative related drivers were/are all from 2010.
Did you already update them as axO asked.

Thats odd. I ran the program same as I did when o first made this thread.

The usb devices I have connected are: wireless mouse, keyboard, headset, PS3 controller, printer. If you need me to be more specific about the brand of these items I can do that.

Don't confuse the settings of the dumps with the tool providing the data.
The log means something went wrong when gathering the data, usually a configuration problem.
BSOD Minidump - Configure to Create in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

Disconnect the headset, PS3 controller and printer.

Am I using the wrong tool or are you saying that it didn't correctly gather the data because the headset, PS3 controller and printer were plugged in?

When I end the game I am not disconnecting anything at that moment.

I went in to device manager and tried to update all my creative drivers but it said that they were all up to date, If for some reason they aren't up to date I'm not sure what drivers I need to download. Here is the link to their website, but I don't know which of these drivers I might need to download Creative Worldwide Support.

Attached are two screen shots of the devices that have creative drivers.

You wrongly interpret it.

When your system crashed, 1 of those times no dump file was created.

'Disconnect the USB devices', I found Windows USB drivers being flagged.

I disconnected those USB devices and ran the program again. I checked the other dump folders I created and they all had .dmp files in them, so I'm still a little confused, but anyways here is the new folder.

Looks good is it version 2.0.4.1

Just checked the version of the driver, it is version 12.6.47.1 but it says that it is up to date when I click update driver.

This is the version microsoft installs with windows 8.1. It seems that your networkadaptermodel Intel(R) 82578DC Gigabit Network Connection is not supported in the newer Intel Drivers upgrades for windows 8/8.1.( after searching the net)

Maybe, but the driver you now have is a microsoft windows 8.1 driver.

I went in to device manager and tried to update all my creative drivers but it said that they were all up to date, If for some reason they aren't up to date I'm not sure what drivers I need to download. Searched the Creative website but it appears that your Soundblaster XFi is end of life. Means no more upgrading of drivers and there are no windows 8.1. driver.

This time the usbport.sys was named as the culprit , the procesname when this happened was Black Ops. What USB devices do you use during gaming.

Out of 9 memory dumps there were 6 different BSOD error codes.
The differing errorcodes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- faulting (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. Please stop at least during troubleshooting.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver/system problems within windows (SFC/DISM)
based on BSOD analyses of John Carrona

Please fill in your systemspecs.

A PSU is often overlooked when troubleshooting BSOD, but a faulty or underpowered or low entry(cheap) PSU can sometimes also trigger many different BSOD on a system.

For the model of your PSU, power down your computer, and take off your side panel, there's a good chance a sticker will be on the power supply unit itself that has more detailed info about it.

Your last dumpfile/bsod is again the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Your motherboard has onboard sound.
Please remove your Creative Soundcard via Device Manager and check remove drivers, powerdown the pc and remove it physically.
See if this stops the BSOD.

If this does not stop the BSOD use your PC,/play Black ops without the USB gamecontroller.

I uninstalled any creative drivers I saw on device manager and now I'm going to try and remove it from my mother and play some games to see if it crashes.

I didn't see anything that said sounds card in my PC, again I didn't build this PC so it's entirely possible I missed it. I'll attach a photo to this post of the build.

It looks that it is the little brownish pci-card on the right corner next to your GPU. (of the picture)

Could you also look on the white label of the PSU for anymore info model or powerwattage.

You have a 700 watt PSU that is more than enough power for you system.

Bu i saw another important thing on your picture you have your memory modules in the wrong slots according to your Manual.
With 2 memorymodules you have to use the 2 blue sockets. See your manual http://downloadmirror.intel.com/18132/eng/dp55wg_productguide03_english.pdf.
PLease put them in the blue sockets, this is very important for the stability of your system.
