Latest Version of Adobe Flash Player Released

 Adobe Flash end of support on December 31, 2020

UPDATE 10/27: KB4577586 Update for removal of Adobe Flash Player - Oct. 27

information   Information
32-bit & 64-bit WHQL Version: 32.0.0.465
Date Released: December 8, 2020

Release notes: Release Notes Flash Player 32 AIR 32

Fixed Issues:
  • Assorted functional fixes

  • Adobe Flash Player only supports a 32-bit browser in Vista and XP, but supports both a 32-bit and 64-bit browser in Windows 7/8.
  • Release notes
  • System Requirements
  • Remember to uncheck the Google Toolbar option if you do not want it installed to.
  • If you have problems installing the Adobe Flash Player, then you might use the uninstaller program to remove the old Adobe Flash Player version and try installing the new version again afterwards.
  • How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control
  • If you use Firefox, then it uses a separate plug-in than Internet Explorer. You will need to select your OS, click Continue, and select "other browsers" to install the separate plug-in for Firefox from this link instead.
  • If you like, you can check your Adobe Flash settings and clear all visited websites list history at this link or from the Flash Player icon in the Windows Control Panel.

Cool. Now I can use 64-bit IE a bit more often. Although, I had been using the beta before, and it seemed fine to me. However, I'm certainly not going to complain about an official release. :p

version: 11.2.202.18/19

information   Information
The key features and benefits of Flash Player 11.2 beta are:
  • Multi-threaded video decoding (Windows, Mac OS, and Linux) — The video decoding pipeline is now fully multi-threaded. This feature should improve the overall performance on all platforms. Note that this feature is a significant architecture change required for other future improvements.

Awesome, Aaron, thank you very much! :D

I like this new feature - though, I suppose, it won't really be active until the release version?

I get the little line saying i ned to update my Flash player, which i've done 5 times. I also have issues with drop down menus from a coupel of car sites. IE10 is getting to me now. Google chrome works fine.

Make sure IE isn't using ActiveX filtering to block the vids on those pages, giving you that update line - because it will in some circumstances. Or if using Firefox, using No script will also.

Internet Explorer "ActiveX Filtering" - Turn On or Off
