How to download Windows 8.1 Update 1 Official ISO file?

Well I downloaded the ISO Single Language that I spoke of - the ESD that was converted to ISO by some guy who got from MSDN. I think there is no reason to believe this is no worse than getting directly from Microsoft Store and converting it yourself, right?

Win8.1 update1 is in the 8.1 ISO per a previous post in this thread. You don't have to install a separate update.

I'm assuming that this process gives you the most up-to-date install media.

Win8.1 update2 is now what we know as Windows 10!
