Solved Cant See adminstrator in switch user

Hi i am new here.
So i make my acc there because i have a problem with admin/standard,
i made my local user to standard and one other to administrator and this user amdin i cant see in the switcher users what can.


I Trued:Cmd/net users administrator /active:yes(acces denied error 5)

Please help.:cry::cry:
 
i downloaded but have a lot of files can you help me what to do? and if it have 100% to fix this problem?
 
I have 3 users and i change my user admin to another and i cant change admin to another and the amdin now it isnt in switch users thats. and i cant do anything please help me if u know how giving me instructions or with pictures pleasee
 
Your problem is clear and topguncp gave you the solution :)

Please advise which of his steps (which I've copied here for you) you have a problem with:

  1. download: Macrium WinPE .iso - OneDrive
  2. put it in a USB stick then
  3. boot up.
  4. On the bottom left corner, you'll see a command prompt icon, use it then follow the next step in the link :Deleted admin account in Win 8.1 update. How to restore? **** I have copied these steps below for you ****
  5. If you have Windows 8 install disk. Boot it up, follow what on the screen shot to find out exactly what your Windows drive letter is assigned to. In this case, it's still C:.
  6. Type: exit <enter> to exit diskpart
  7. Type: C: <enter>then type: cd windows\system32 <enter> <=== use appropriate drive letter if it's not C:
  8. Type: ren Utilman.exe xxx.exe <enter>
  9. Type: copy cmd.exe Utilman.exe <enter>
  10. Reboot your PC. Do not login then follow what on the next 2 screens:



  11. Now login with your user name. You should be in the Administrators group.
  12. Boot up with Windows Install disk again, Type C: then type cd windows\system32
  13. Type: del Utilman.exe then type: ren xxx.exe Utilman.exe
 
Lets start again.
First i download the file and i put in a usb stick and after these what to do?
 
You need to start at step 1 and download the iso by clicking on it. Keep going through the steps until you get a problem.

OK then you need to put what you downloaded onto the USB key. If you wait one minute I'll give you some steps. The USB key will be wiped so you need to copy any data on it onto your PC first.

EDIT - this is how to copy the ISO to the USB

  1. Click to open the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool page.
  2. Click Download then Run.
  3. Follow the steps in the setup dialogs. You'll have the option to specify where to install the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool.
  4. Start the tool
  5. In the SOURCE FILE box click BROWSE and select the ISO you just downloaded from the OPEN dialog box. Click NEXT.
  6. Select USB DEVICE to create a copy on a USB flash drive
  7. If you are copying the file to a USB flash drive, select your USB device in the drop-down list and click BEGIN COPYING.

Once you have done this you are on to step 2 - boot from it. Follow the steps here How to Boot From a CD or USB Drive on Any PC

After that you can carry on with the steps above. Please advise if you get stuck.
 
i cant do it. ist very difficult if u make an video how u will help me a lot of to fix the problem
