Not sure what you mean. The steps in post 18 will automatically format the USB for you. If you wanted to re-install your operating system from USB you would need a Windows ISO and then follow the steps in post 18 but using that ISO instead of the Macrium one you downladed. I don't recommend that at the moment.

Post 13 in this thread. If you are not confident you could always take it to a shop to correct it but if you follow the steps it should work fine.
