even after running all those youve said i still get a red one, and know everytime i wanna go to stuff like event viewer i get an uknown publisher uac popup
Did you reboot? try the settings I have in the picture because for example wmi(firewall for example) is connected to all of these one way or another, when running make sure all programs (browser, internet connection...everything except windows repair is off/closed) so it can repair the system, then instead or rebooting try shutting down and then turn pc back on.
Have you looked in device manager? maybe it's a driver problem. I'm an American living in Germany but my Danish is a little rusty trying to read what it says about hardware on the report. plus I noticed a icon for your pc in your devices and printers screen shot.
Oh you ended up reinstalling, That went quick, But then again by the look at your specs no wonder. I haven't had to do that yet, but I did make a custom refresh image so all my favorite programs and setting and drivers are there. Here is the tutorial so that next time you have unrepairable problems you can Refresh to a truly usable desktop, and then you won't have a mountain of updates, or have to download all your favorite programs again. Sorry I couldn't help. Maybe try out Defender instead of Avast(unless it's the paid edition). If you search you'll see that Avast and windows update on windows 8.1 lately haven't been jiving too good.
The device manager shows no driver errors? Did you rerun that perfmon /report after reinstall? I'm all out of ideas,. Other than the error is your system running well(you can run Windows Update etc..) For your first post I found this thread though
haha!, no errors in device manager, i didnt do the cmd command but the windows key-r and typed in perfmon.exe instead and yes after windows reinstallation its still there, but honestly i dont think it really does anything?
but thanks for being to my
perfmon.exe just shows the logs you need to run the command for a new log. I've got to go to bed now I've been up since 04:00. If I think of something I'll post.
well sam, i figured it all out!
the reason perfmon gave the error was duo to not having intel smart connect tech installed..
i went to device manager and tigged the show hidden devices.. and i put in the driver cd and let it update from that...
then i went to msi site and downloaded the latest.
now everythings fine with the perfmon, and the same with the devices and printers no longer the error there.
A good example is on my Windows 7 laptop; being that I use a prepaid mobile broadband UUSB dongle I don't need the built in wifi so I've disabled the adapter in "Network Connections" for obvious security reasons. Now when I run System Health or look in Event Viewer it shows an Error or a red dot, for the system the adapter has an error but for me it doesn't. The event viewer is a tool for when your experiencing problems for something specific and maybe can find the cause. The same thing goes for reliability history in Action center>Maintenance>View reliability history it can show what caused a program crash( a .dll or app or path) an example from my pc: Description The program LiveComm.exe version 17.5.9600.20689 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

Livecomm.exe is for the OUTLOOK.com apps such as Calendar, Mail & People, I probabley shut my internet off when it was updating, so the error is no big deal unless I was having problems with these apps.
