Solved Windows 8.1 not booting

Thats no problem,

If you have access to another pc, I'll give you a link via pm from where you can download the right files. Save them on a USB and extract the zip file. DON'T extract the files in a map, because then they are not accessible.
The files are about 300MB.

Use this link to create a bootable winSE containing the following (thanks to KYHI for making this available)

and boot from it. Best is to create this on an empty USB.

After you've done this let me know and I'll post a few things to try.

before I was tryimg to download 64bit didn't woek for some reason but downloading 32 bit worked :)

This to scan the hard drive for bad sectors and if they are found it repairs them.
