Solved Windows 8.1 not booting

My I can partition my hard drive(the faulty one) but I can't format it. Also it makes a weird noise when I partition it.

I will be try the CMD thing you told me to do on the new hard drive.

Well I unplugged my hard drive and now it boots into the windows recovery you sent me :)

That's a typical problem with windows, always disconnect every storage device or external components (mouse & keyboard excluded) in order to avoid those kind of problems.

Insert the cd, connect the new hard drive properly and disconnect everything else, boot from the installation media and wait.
Usually it takes a few minutes before the media runs and windows loads.

I made a few times the mistake of not properly connecting hard drives and not disconnecting others.

Sweet currently installing Windows 8.1 onto new hard drive.
The only thing is say good by to 75gbs of games :(
