Good morning,
A laptop with Windows 8.1 sometimes locks itself in 'Waiting' mode with rotating cursor after a regular hybernation command chosen in the previous session.
Unfortunately sometimes it takes forever. Today it is one of those times.
In the past, ahead of these events, brutally I chose to switch the power button off. Then waiting a 30 seconds and with all of the leds off, pressing again the power button, Windows 8.1 regularly booted.
Today the laptop is locked in 'waiting' mode even after switched the PC off one time.
What would you suggest, please?
Carl
