:info: Me I use Office 2007,although I have tried all of them I'm used to using it and have set^ the way I want,so I see no reason to change.I do use 2003 on my older laptop and really I don't see much difference except for changing from DOC to DOCX,I still save all in DOC cuz I think it makes it easier for others to open when they don't have the latest greatest software installed, but I'm not sure if it helps or not but its what I want. :D

Robin,

Huh? My copy of 2003 works perfectly on Win8. What sort of problem did you run into?

If O2003 wouldn't work on Win8 that would absolutely have been a deal breaker for me. Win8 is fine on this system but I'm always just a hair away from going back to Win7. There's just no advantage on the desktop for it but it lives on my machine because it's giving me no trouble.

I beta tested 2013 and I do not like it at all and you are correct I really did not see a major difference between the two

Robin,

Hmm ... odd. Though this system was an upgrade with O2003 on it already I installed it on several versions of Win8 during the Release Preview process and it never had any problem. I'm using O2003 Professional.
