Solved stuck at uefi bios screen when starting computer

well i think i am a person who has a problem that nobody else has found a way to fix yet.(if there is a solution) I was planning on upgrading to a much better pc anyway. Thanks for at least trying to help me guys.

not true ! there is a fix, you just don't have the correct windows disk to fix it ,you were suppose to make recovery's when you bought the computer

I agree with Caperjack, this wouldn't be an issue if you had made recovery media when you had the chance. You can still obtain it from the manufacturer and it should fix your PC. There will likely be a fee for it, but it will be cheaper than buying another copy of Windows.

there is no way for me to even run a disc.(no disc drive) and the bios wont let me. either way i was planning on making a new computer anyway.

It's likely not booting because the boot files on the hard drive are corrupted. If so reinstalling Windows will fix that. That can be done from a bootable USB thumb drive. I do all my installs from thumb drives. The only reason I have an optical drive these days is for DRM games DVD's. But hay, if you want to give up and move on, that's your option. You wouldn't be the first person to do that. New hardware is always nice.

well i already tried a thumb drive but i cant get the bios to run it(when i have it configured to run the external drive). i think it just isnt even trying to run the hard drive.

Well, I don't know what to tell you, you're there and I'm not. Are you sure the thumb drive is bootable? It might be time to run some diagnostics on the hard drive. You can get utilities on the manufacturers web site to make bootable media to run it from.
