well i think i am a person who has a problem that nobody else has found a way to fix yet.(if there is a solution) I was planning on upgrading to a much better pc anyway. Thanks for at least trying to help me guys.
not true ! there is a fix, you just don't have the correct windows disk to fix it ,you were suppose to make recovery's when you bought the computer
