Sound/audio/video stutters/lags/glitches when moving mouse

It happened Yesterday.

i have turned my PC on as usual, but after 10 to 15 minutes my audio/sound/video/mouse stutters/lags/glitches when i am listening to music, YouTube, CD or when i am playing games like Star Craft 2, Dota 2 or even Mine craft. It is happening to three of the browses i am using: Mozilla, Chrome and Explorer so it is not a problem of the particular browser. i have tried to restart the PC but didn't work, i have tried uninstalling the Adobe flash if that was a case and then restarting the PC, then installing Adobe Flash but the problem is still there. i haven't tried to back up my PC because it is only 2 moths old and i don't want to lose my games and files on the computer.I have even tried to change batteries but still nothing.

if you know what is the cause of this all and you have solution for it please reply me thank you a lot.

PS: about the mouse.
when i am not watching anything, listening anything or even playing anything the mouse still lags and glitches. i have checked the connection still perfectly fine and i have tried to scan my PC if there is not Viruses and nothing is showing up, I am using kaspersky as my antivirus.

I have the exact same computer as you and even the exact same monitor, with all the same specs. I've also had this computer only 2 months.. and I'm having the same troubles as you. The audio randomly goes laggy and glitchy and sounds so strange through my speakers. Got no idea how to fix it but I'm probably going to take it back to the store if I can't fix it.

Seemed to find a fix, the small USB adapter you plug into the USB ports to use the mouse and keyboard, move it to one of the different USB ports on the back of the PC. It seems to not work properly on the bottom two USB ports on the back of the computer, so plug it into one of the two above it that has the Ethernet port next to it.

i got another problem with the keyboard.

it starter about 2 - 3 weeks ago
when i turn the pc on i have to restart it because my keyboard wont work and after restart it works do you know how to fix it thx

Hi, the problem is coming from a new update from the intel (intel technology access - service), when you stop that process it works, you can read more about how to fix it for now in this thread, it's not a permanent solution.
