Drop in performance/ mouse stuttering after about 20 min

Hi, I have an acer aspire V3-772G-7448, I just bought it about 5 or 6 months ago.

    Basic specs:
    Intel Core i7 4712MQ (2.30GHz)
    8GB Memory 1TB HDD
    NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 4GB GDDR3
    1920 x 1080

This just happened this morning, after about 20-30 minutes my mouse starts stuttering and games where I would normally be fine running have a lot of lag that comes in pulses, not constant but about as often as my mouse stutters, every couple of seconds. At first I thought it was overheating but this seems to happen regardless of temperature. I looked up some solutions and at one point changed my it to boot with 4 processors, and it seemed to help for a bit(don't know why) but altogether things remain unchanged. Any help that anyone can offer? I haven't changed anything lately.

When such happens to me, I dial back [but not eliminate] my security monitoring, protecting, thinking I may have had my assertively-set configurations and eventual fallout come back to slowly haunt my computer and me. I'm just straw-grabbing. This might not apply to you.

Run this batch file as administrator.
    It might help.

So while I wait for this to run, do you mind explaining what it is doing? Not to be rude I'm just curious. I have also (after a full day of searching the internet and my head being assaulted with headaches) believe that it may be something with how things are attached to my CPU

If you don't resolve it very soon it would probably be best to send it to Acer and let them deal with it within the included warranty.

I bought it off newegg, and I didn't get an extended warranty. I've had it for a little less than 6 months looking at the order history, should I contact Newegg or Acer?

I don't know what Newegg offers; never bought from them. if it is still within "Newegg warranty" they would probably replace it while Acer would ~hopefully~ fix it.

Alright, so would I contact acer about the issue? If i don't have any information on the warranty or if its even still under one, would this still accomplish anything? I'm looking on newegg but it seems they're out of stock f this product so whatever information I have is limited.

Yeah then probably best to contact Acer about the matter and get an RMA set up for the laptop. Keep in mind though; you will be speaking to representatives from another country and it may be difficult to get them to understand you.
Again, I don't know what Newegg would do but you can certainly contact them and ask if they will cover replacing the unit or whatnot, that may be a more hassle-free path.

Oh yes and the laptop should be under a 1 year asus warranty against manufacturer defects.
