how can I solve this issue, please?
I even tried with admin permissions, but it's all the same:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow

your cbs.rar upload is a blank file or you could try using the image health program..

amd64_avast.vc110.crt_2036b14a11e83e4a_11.0.60610.1_none_d58a6d64ab65b396" does not match expected value.

Reinstall or Update Avast

I've just reinstalled Avast and now running sfs /scannow. just a few minutes and I'll give you the result.

it's all the same, many thanks for your assistance.
would you mind take a second look at the last report again?

stiill same issue with avast...

it would be much easier on me if you used my program.....
option 1

Dism Reports
Last Successful Step: CSI store detection completes.
Total Detected Corruption: 0

Now Run
option 7 first and then Option 1

post the 2 reports

No need to post .rar file....

SFC Cannot verify component files for Avast.VC110.CRT, Version = 11.0.60610.1, manifest is damaged

Dism reports no corruption found

Just leave it alone.............

as the problem is just related to Avast, I'll give a second shot to uninstalling it and tracking any left folders or files, then run SFC and install Avast and run SFC again.
I'll give your the result when it's done with the log file.

I ran SFC after uninstalling Avast with its special tool and manually removed avast sandbox, but the same result, Avast doesn't exits and it signals the same problem:

search for that file in the winsxs folder........

  1. I uninstalled Avast with Avast Uninstall Utility.
  2. I searched for avast folders and files in C:\Windows\WinSxs\Manifest\*_avast.* and C:\Windows\WinSxs\*_avast.*
  3. I restarted my laptop
  4. I ran SFC, but always the same result (I haven't installed Avast yet)

would you take a look at CBS log file? sorry I forgot to use your tool to make it easier.
