I did. There is no solution that applies to me in that thread, because that thread was written by a developer who was trying to fix a memory leak in his app.
I already uploaded the VMM log, as it was requested in that thread.
There are multiple ways you can deal with this, the simplest is to avoid dealing with it.

2. Uninstall problematic metro apps, sure hard, if you do not know, which are causing it.
3. Try to use CleanMem Free - it will tell Windows to release the memory regardless.
