Sorry. If it is a language barrier that caused you to not understand my previous post, I don't see how continuing under the same set of circumstances can fix any problems. Perhaps if you can somehow translate my previous post well and follow what it says, we can be able to do something well.

Hi im having the same problem with my MSI A6000 86x.
I detach every peripheral and it still freezes and then the mouse pointer dissapears.

Please help if you can!
