Good luck!

One blames the USB XHCI drivers
The other 2 show traces of hal.dll and athrx.sys in the raw stack text

Try running Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
Let it crash at least 3-5 times before turning it off and uploading the memory dumps.

Let's look at these USB devices:
USB\VID_413C&PID_2112 - Dell Wired USB Multimedia Keyboard
USB\VID_046D&PID_C063 - Dell USB Laser Mouse
USB\VID_0421&PID_0661 - Nokia Lumia
USB\VID_0CF3&PID_E004 - Dell Wireless 1703 WLAN / Bluetooth Adapter

I would first remove the Dell Wireless USB WLAN device and uninstall it's drivers
Test to see if that stops the BSOD's

The most frequent errors in the WER section of MSINFO32 point to the Dell Wired USB Multimedia Keyboard.
1) Try different USB ports - if using the front ports, try the back one's. If using the back, try the front one's
2) Try another keyboard and uninstall all Dell software that relates to the Multimedia keyboard

Then remove the Nokia device and uninstall any software related to it.

Finally, you may want to try another mouse -follow the same suggestions for the keyboard.

I got mad last night and reinstalled the operating system, will post when it blue screens.

Also, have a question. The realtek usb 2.0 card reader driver dates from before windows 8 existed, was wondering how I install the software for it, because when I do it doesn't say the driver number has changed.

The discussion about drivers and their dates would take forever - as some of the suppositions we make are based on human behavior, not just a bunch of 0's and 1's.
But in short, we doubt drivers that are older than the OS. We do this because we don't know the testing that the manufacturer has put the driver through (and we've seen instances where we've been told the drivers are compatible and then don't appear to be compatible).

But, there are examples of drivers that are older than the OS and that do work with it. One of the most well known is secdrv.sys. It wasn't updated until Win8 came out - so versions of Win7 (to include SP1) used one that dated from 2006 (and some Win8 systems have it also). Another is the GEARAspiWDM.sys driver used by iTunes - it was very outdated but caused no problems, so we generally ignored it. It was updated recently for Win8.

Then we have to discuss the numbering system and how the manufacturer manages the versioning of drivers. Also, a driver may have a date that's different from the package it was included in (usually earlier). I find this a lot in Realtek Audio drivers - but it doesn't give problems so we generally ignore it also.

The driver that you mention hasn't had many problems (I may have seen one since I started doing this years ago).
I'd leave it alone for now.
If you must update it, then here's a link to the download page at Realtek: Realtek

Please note that both PCIe and USB devices are listed here. There's 2 uSB drivers - I was unable to figure out which one you have. You may find it by researching your motherboard/system at the manufacturer's website. Worst case, set a System Restore point and try installing one. If it doesn't work uninstall it, set another System Restore point and install the other.

Before asking about the realtek driver I had already tried all of them, and after restarting the driver didn't change on device manager, that's why I asked.

So, sick of this -.- another BSOD after reinstalling windows, dump included

Can you exchange the system for a new one?
If not, can you send the system in for repair under warranty?
It looks like a hardware problem to me - and most Dell's have a 1 year warranty.

Try these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics (can't recall if I've suggested this already)
If all pass, then start with this: Hardware Stripdown Troubleshooting
In particular, look for problems with the video and the networking.

This one points to video, but it also have some network involvement in the raw stack.
Still has some USB - but we're really just grasping at straws here. The randomness of these errors suggests a low level problem - and what to USB/networking/video have in common? The answer is (most likely) the motherboard.

Can you explain why these BSODs only happen on Steam though? I played Tera online for 6 hours straight today and no probs, then jump on Steam and have one after about 30 mins. Just trying to make sure its hardware before I go through the hassle of an exchange and have to go without entertainment for 2 days.

I was searching the internet for other people having problems with this pc and found that when you turn on the PC one beep means the mother board is bad, and mine does this. gonna call dell to confirm.

There's no sure answer for this. Steam seems most likely - but it's an extremely reliable program that doesn't often suffer from problems like this. So knowledge/solutions will be hard to come by. I'm not a hard-core gamer - so my advice on games comes from you and my web searches.

There are at least 7 layers to the networking "stack" ( OSI model - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) - so they're difficult to troubleshoot. For example, there could be a networking function that Steam uses more often than other programs - and that could be the function that's causing the BSOD's. Or, the function could be working normally - but using a faulty piece of equipment (so the crash happens when it tries to execute that certain way on the faulty equipment).

If this is a motherboard problem - there is no surefire way to tell it's the motherboard. There are no comprehensive motherboard testers (they're too expensive for the mobo manufacturer's to develop). The only real "test" is to try another motherboard.

Which is more important to you? 2 days without - or continued BSOD's? This type of problem usually doesn't resolve itself in the short term - so we're likely to be at this for a while.

There are 3 things that can cause BSOD's:
- problems with 3rd party drivers
- problems with hardware
- problems with Windows drivers

I noticed these 3 programs (in your Start Menu/Screen) that I'm not familiar with - and they are (I presume) network related:
- Atheros SmartNet
- BT Program and BT Devices
- HotSpot

I'd suggest a fresh install of Windows without installing the extra stuff: Canned Speeches - Clean Install
That will rule out any problems with the 3rd party drivers.
And, that will mean that there's nothing wrong with the system (as the hardware was tested by you and by Dell - and the multiple reinstallations of Windows will tend to rule out Windows problems). If the BSOD's continue despite this, then we'll have to figure out where to go from here.

Do not install anything on the computer for a couple of days - in order to ensure that the BSOD's aren't going to occur.
Then start with installing Steam (and only Steam) and run it for a couple of days
Then install the other stuff - one at a time and waiting for a couple of days between installations.

The BSODs only occur in Steam so I would have to install steam to see if I'm getting them. I also already reinstalled windows twice, but that was prior to getting new hardware. I also don't have a windows disk so the only way to reinstall is through the windows/dell pc recovery function which would install all that extra stuff anyway.

The last time I reinstalled I only installed Steam and Payday 2 through Steam, played it for awhile maybe even a full day then it blue screened again. Without installing anything else.

I was looking at this line in one of your information boxes: Built by: 9200.16628.amd64fre.win8_gdr.130531-1504

why does it say AMD64fre I don't have an amd processor or an ATI card anymore, is that something different? or could that be causing problems?

Don't worry about the AMD thing - it's just a notation that the installed version of the OS (not the CPU/GPU) is the one that's designed for the AMD x64 instruction set.

When reinstalling Windows, we presume that the stuff installed by the OEM software is OK (they test the builds before releasing them).
But you must either remove the OEM stuff, or ensure that it's fully updated from the Dell website.
Then, after a couple of days, install Steam to see if the BSOD's continue.

It still says hardware (or compatibility) to me.

Have you performed all the diagnostics on this page: Hardware Diagnostics
If you haven't run Driver Verifier since the last reinstall (and hardware replacement), please do it by following these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

If all the hardware diagnostics pass, then I'd start looking for more current 3rd party drivers.
The one that concerns me the most is HECIx64.sys - the Intel Management Engine interface.
Try this link first (the package dates from 10/14/2013): https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Se...ord=intel+management+engine&CloseProduct=True
Then, have a look at this Google search: https://www.google.com/search?q=int...s=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a

Search for wired and wireless drivers that are more up to date also.
Wired (driver dates from 8/15/2013): Realtek
Wireless:
(try this one first - it may not work tho'): Driver Details | Dell US
Package dates from 10/17/2013 - but says Win8.1

If it doesn't work, then try this one: ftp://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01211205M/1/DW1703_DW1901_W8_X02_A05_Setup-G0VYC_ZPE.exe (direct download - scan with antivirus BEFORE opening!!!) - package dates from 2/25/2013

I don't think that you'll find an updated version of the intelppm.sys driver as it's updated through Windows Update (make sure you're up to date at Windows Update).

My wireless card is starting to fail, I don't lose connection but it constantly says waiting for server and I have to reload several times to get any Page to pop-up. Is it possible im blue screening from a faulty wireless card? That would be awesome if its been that all along I could get that replaced in a Day.

While it's possible, there's no surefire test other than replacing the card. And that's just throwing money at the problem. If it doesn't work, then you throw money at the next suspect, etc, etc. This'll go on until you've either fixed it - or you've run out of money!

Run the hardware diagnostics and update the drivers that I've mentioned. In particular the HECI and the wired/wireless drivers are the most critical at this point.

We're still working on ruling out 3rd party drivers. Updating the drivers and running Driver Verifier is a part of that. When that is done, we'll move on to checking the hardware (which you've actually started on already). If all that passes, then we'll move on to other steps for isolating hardware problems - and then will also see about Windows issues.
