Not the entire Start Screen but part of it showing some customised tiles. They were constructed using Serif DrawPlus and Xara Photo & Graphic Designer and then put in place using OblyTile:

Been busy and haven't had a chance to come on to one of the, if not the most important thread on this forum.
The Start Screen is an ingenious invention. Lots of great Start Screens I see here! And to think some think they're ugly.
I see some newcomers here too. Welcome a million times to the forum!
Here's mine. The 1st, of course, is semantic zoomed out. It is 4 > 19 inch screens long. The second is my first screen with frequent items I use. I placed news apps tiles on the right so when I'm there I check headlines. I use Bing Desktop for a different pic daily.
9 preview is to be released on the 30th. We had better get our Start Screen, eh?!! I don't want no stinkin' Start Menu!
I always liked the tiled Start Screen too HippsieGypsie. Yours look good.
I thought I'd show the entire Start Screen of my Desktop computer and mention the background. It comes from 'Solitataire 3D', downloaded from the Windows Store. This is part of mine, just started creating custom tiles, mainly just for pinned sites and desktop applications. The only reason I wanted to do it was because they just didn't blend well with metro apps.
