Also, I noticed you have custom iconography, is that manually replaced or is that like modified .dll files with the icons already replaced?

Yes. I'm currently working on an app to modify the Backgrounds, Colors and Tile Icons. The icons, I had manually replaced to give them a bit more Metro look but I'm working on a system wide icon change to get rid of the older icons and get the whole OS unified.

I'm going to have to meet you and shake your hand. I've been waiting ever since the Release Preview for an apl that does that but to no avail, no one seemed to have been working on one. I'll be patiently waiting for the results and subsequent download of such tool.
