Intel USB 3.0 driver for Z97 chipset - where to find?

Does anyone of you know if we are having more luck with the new W10 with the USB3 drivers?

Built into Windows 10, no download if have this OS,yw. Do not think Intel distributes them anymore, same case as like before.
