I don't get message for reserve windows 10.

Why not?
This can have it's reasons
- our device isn’t up-to-date with at least Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8.1 Update.
- Windows Update is turned off or is not set to receive updates automatically.
- You’ve blocked or uninstalled the necessary Windows Update functionality.
- Your device is not running genuine Windows.
- Your device is part of a domain.
- Your device is unable to run Windows 10.
Your windows must be genuine or it won't work....

You won't get it until you install those updates. This is where you can download it.

If you can't download updates this indicates your windows is pirated and not genuine nothing anybody here can do about that except you.
