How Do I Pin Outlook.com to Taskbar?

to help set one or more home pages see attachment ,
open chrome and if you want only one home page go to the page you want and follow instruction in the picture ,if you want more that one home page open all the pages you want to use,click on SET PAGES ,then click on USE CURRENT View attachment 17278

typo in attachment should be settings ,not settions

Yes. Sorry. That was a typo. I use Chrome only. This is getting way more complicated than I thought it would be. Is Chrome that much different than IE in this regard? I have dual monitors and the programs I use daily I are in the Taskbar and start with Windows and I'd like Outlook.com to do the same. I'm using a desktop so I almost never use the W8 Start screen.

If you can find the full path to the chrome.exe file how I posted above, I'll be happy to get you all set up with a shortcut.

its not complicated ,i just loaded chrome a few hrs ago for the first time [well kind of first time .this is now the longest it been on my computer ,i personal don't like its look ]and all ready know hot to use it to do the things i do with Firefox and IE ,like homepages and such .

when you install chrome it automatically pins icon to the taskbar ,so now all you need to do is create a few homepages and off you go! if good luck


edit , this the file path to the exe on my install .
C:\Users\yourusername \AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

How do I get Outlook.com to pin to the Taskbar? I've unlocked the Taskbar and dragged and dropped the header but it doesn't pin.

i will go back to the first post ,if i drag the shortcut i created to outlook.com to the task bar ,its says pin to Chrome ,or what ever browser is set the default browser ,in my case it said pin to Firefox ,then i just right click on the Firefox icon and it shows outlook.com at the top of the list,doesn't get much simpler than that .good luck
