Make sure it is removed from the computer or moved from its previous location. Then a cheap way of going about it is loading other images and cycling through until you arrive back at the one you want, and the old image will no longer appear (yet the newer ones will). However, if you only want a single image...

Try browsing to -
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures
Replace 'username' with your own. All account pictures should show up in here. If nothing there, try -
C:\users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\windows.immersivecontrolpanel_cw5n1h2txyewy\TempState
Again, replace 'username' with your own. Hope this helps.
