I cannot install some updates. I know that it said updates were intalled, but if I check for updates again the same updates appears.

I restarted the laptop, but it didn't help.
whenever I check for updates, it shows the updates in the picture.

It didn't work. I cannot installed the updates. When I went to the link you pasted, it said "Your PC has an older version of Windows, so these steps might not work for you"

I noticed that Windows Update claims you've never updated before.

Did you play around with a bad registry cleaner or is this a brand new Windows install?

Well, I use CleanMyPC registry cleaner and Virtual DJ Pc optimizer. The last one many DJ use it and it doesn't cause any issue.

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Now run:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

in elevated command prompt.

Reboot & run sfc /scannow AGAIN.
Problems will be fixed.

Only use Ccleaner or you will often find yourself making threads just like this one.

SpeedUpMyPC is particularly laughable: "

Reboot.
Run sfc.
Run dism.
Run sfc.

Sometimes these scans need to be run a couple of times.
Especially if you have lots of corruptions.
