It's happened to me as well, but I'm using RP build 8400. sfc /scannow didn't solve the problem:

I won't post the log because is 5Mb. Also not able to refresh because when I click on PC Setting nothing is coming out.
I know how to get to the desktop by Win+D, but it's so annoying.
