BSOD: 0x00000116

Hmm, another crash occurred.
Reports posted.

Installed drivers from Dell website but got a Windows update, updating to latest driver version which I assume is 15.200.1065.0, Which is the same as previous post

Image shows driver version to be: 15.200.1065.0 which should relate to linked page.
I have also used the auto detect utility to check that drivers are up to date.

Would it be worth downloading from Dell website again but without carrying out the Windows update or maybe trying out the Radeon Software Crimson Edition that is now being released instead of Catalyst Software Suite on the AMD website
---> Legacy?

Any other suggestions?

This driver does not seem to work. The computer stays with default Microsoft basic adapter after installation of the new driver.
This package provides AMD Radeon HD 8490,HD 8570,HD 7470,HD 7570 Graphics Driver and is supported on OptiPlex 3010/3020/9020/XE2 and Vostro 3800/3900/3900G/3902 running the following Operating Systems: Windows 7, 8 and 8.1.
Perhaps this suggests that this driver is not meant for the XPS 8700?

By any chance would a BIOS update be worth doing, since there is one available?

A BIOS update is certainly worth a short, but be aware that a BIOS update may also make things worse.

Hello again. The problem is still present, unfortunately. So wondering if a hardware replacement would be a viable option in terms of the graphics card.However, I'm not the most knowledgeable is this area. If possible, may I have some assistance on a suitable upgrade/replacement and if it is the right choice?

Sorry for the late reply,
In terms of potential GPU,'s I am clueless. Right now I am running an AMD Radeon HD 7570. I guess perhaps a new GPU around this performance or better which I assume needs to suit a wattage of 460 for PSU and fit inside the case. However, I am kinda confused in terms of connection to motherboard specifications. For example, how will I know if they are compatible between slots?
Also, will replacing the graphics card solve the problem of the constant bluescreens and crash's?

EDIT: Moreover I may consider instead just to purchase a fresh PC if this problem is near unfixable. If so any website recommendations for PC's (probably for the gaming purpose).
