Solved An error occured while attempting to generate the report

This samsung 300e laptop comes with three separate 300MB, 1000MB and 22.41GB recovery partitions(hidden) and are still there. But refresh windows8 cannot run, It says some files are missing and needs recovery media.

Does it mean these recovery partition are corrupted?

Please go ahead, and show the full layout in Disk Management including the bottom section as well to see if that may help ID the issue.

In that case, if you like, you might consider doing a factory recovery.

Starting at page 95 in your Samsung 300E manual below will help show you how to.

I did recovery(factory default status) since refresh windows8 is not running(says it needs media, some files is missing).
Recovery was completed and successful but during system health scan the usual old error message run out again.
oh its not a good thing at this time! I did REFRESH windows8 again. Now windows8 refresh goes smooth
because the previous refresh problems(missing files) must be repaired by the recovery process.Now refresh is successful
and surprisingly generate a system health report also successful atlast. What might be the cause? and one more question please, Why full system recovery (factory default settings)failed to generate system health report?

You may have had a corrupted file somewhere that eventually sorted itself out with the refresh.
