Windows8, 64x, i3, 4gb samsung 300e can not generate its health report. I did sfc scan(found some corrupted file but says it could not repaired some of them), hard disk and memory test(fine), disk cleanup done and I have tried exclusive microsoft services system start up (msconfig settings) but still failed to generate report. Please help

Hello Ngzek,

Double check to make sure that the Performance Logs & Alerts service is enabled and set to Start (running) and Manual, and try again to see if that may help.

System Health Report

Hope this helps, :)
Shawn

Set it to Automatic to see if that may work better.

Is the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service also enabled and set to Running and Automatic?

Thank you Brink for your help
Performance logs & alerts startup type is set to automatic, Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
service is enabled, Running and Automatic but still getting error.

As a test, see if you are able to run a system health report in Safe Mode instead to see if something may just be interfering with it.

Brink the above web page link you given is unfortunately not working for me again though its working for many.running a new data collector set works but it does not work in normal system health report tool. whats wrong with my system?
A. system file check (as administrator) -
Windows Resource Protection find corrupted files but can not repaired some of them.
B. Clean boot - NO CHANGE - STILL ERRORS
C. new user account - NO CHANGE
D. system restore - NO CHANGE
E. check disk (SEAGATE DISK DIAGNOSTICS) - NO PROBLEMS FOUND
F. disk cleanup - NO CHANGE
G. Deleted "C:/perflogs/system/diagnostics' folders - NO CHANGE
H.Disk scan-no error
I.0% fragmented files in all drives.
Please help

As a test, temporarily uninstall Norton to see if it may be the issue. Disabling it alone doesn't always help.

Since SFC was unable to repair some of your system files, do what's in the blue Note box under step 6 in Option One of the tutorial below to hopefully get them repaired.
Afterwards, see if you may be able to run the System Health Report.

If you have Norton's installation media and key written down, you could install it again after the test.

For now, you could still safely do the second part for SFC and DISM to repair the system files if you like.

Brink sorry for late response. I did anti virus uninstalled and test but same error. according to your suggestion i did DISM repair and successfully repaired. Now sfc scan find no more corrupted files. But still I am getting the system health report error message. Photos of task manager and command prompt in the DISM repair process are given below in sequence
