Hi I have determined I need a near match for my Laptop HP ENVY17-J184NA the Os I need is Win 8.1 RTM PRO 64 bit. Microsoft does not offer any RTM versions for down load. Not even win 8 which can be upgraded to 8.1 Can any one help please? Thank you
