Haha, i just checked my sound card properties, i had turned on the Bass Boosed, that make the sound lower to increase the bass. Thanks for info on the GPU !

I did fix it, just needed to uninstall all the ATI GPU drivers and programs, than install it on new and reboot the pc. But yes, the sound card has really low sound. Dont know waht it is, but on Windows 8 the drivers are installed when it is installing.

I got to intergrated Grapchic Cards, ATI Radeon 6490M HD and Intel Grapchic 3000. I want to use the Radeon but the pc cant find anything to change in CCC. And in the Device Manager they find the Radeon but they cant start it.

The problem is : The Radeon GPU is not working with Win 8. I got a Intel HD Graphics 3000 that the PC go`s on. But i installed a driver yesterday that pretty much f***** up the pc. It was turning on and off, than restarted and repeted. But i need the driver link to the GPU, i need CCC. And...
