Windows 8 language setting error

Hi ! I just installed windows 8 on a single partition, and when i installed i did click on spanish. I trying to install english language but i get an error. Any help

hi, care to share what the error is that you get .
How are you trying to install English ,from language pack disk or are you just trying to change the language to English

Hi there
You can't install extra languages on Home Premium edition of Windows 8 - you need to have W8 PRO or ENTERPRISE -- so unfortunately you'll have to re-install Windows if its the Home Premium version.

If you ARE using Windows PRO / Enterprise remember that SOME languages won't allow English to be installed as an alternate display language -- you need in these cases to install in ENGLISH first and then add the other language - -- this depends on where you got your Windows 8 from. You install the other languages as Language packs via the control panel.
