k thx still having problems with my mouse and keyboard still when 15 past everything sound video mouse stutters glitches lags i think i might go to the store were i brought it and then they will fix it

Man you are a genius the problem is gone. i got another problem with the keyboard. it starter about 2 - 3 weeks ago when i turn the pc on i have to restart it because my keyboard wont work and after restart it works do you know how to fix it thx

if the scan doesnt help then i dunno maybe wait for better respond from professionals and i am still waiting for the reply from my threat

try to scan your pc for any virus maybe. i am not an expert or anything its just my opinion try first scan "quick scan" if nothing pops out try to use full scan but it will take a while 1:30h to 2h depending how much files u got it may be more than 2 hours depends or try back up your pc dunno...
