Try following in command prompt
Everything between () is for information, don't type it in command prompt
The [] also don't type it, just the numbers.
For example

diskpart
list disk
select disk [number] (number of the disk you want, if you have 1, type 0(zero), if you have multiple type choose the number of the disk that contains windows)
list partition
select partition [number] (choose the partition number that contains windows installation)
active
