Didn't you read the whole Thread? I said windows update broken with windows store in the same time I don't care a lot about Windows Store but I want the updates....Then DISM or repeted scans with SFC must have helped. Do you have all Windows Updates installed and temp files cleaned?

Just checked firewall and I saw a rule that block Windows Store but it is still not working....
