Solved Windows Store not working

Then DISM or repeted scans with SFC must have helped. Do you have all Windows Updates installed and temp files cleaned?
Didn't you read the whole Thread? I said windows update broken with windows store in the same time I don't care a lot about Windows Store but I want the updates....

Just checked firewall and I saw a rule that block Windows Store but it is still not working....

Found something myself:
BITS service is not started and is not starting it give me an error :
Windows cloud not start the Background Intelligent Transfer Service on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code -2147023828

Ok I think I know the fix!
BITS service is broken or something , I have to fix it then windows update , windows store will work again

the problem was bits service (background intellingent transfer service)
if this service is not starting try to start "windows event log" and "windows event collector" then the service will start working again and your windows update and windows store will work again!!!!!!

Glad you got it sorted you. Funny though That link to the Microsoft Fixit tool should have corrected and reset the Windows Update and BITS services. And thanks softwaremaniac for jumping in to help:thumb: I had been called away. AleXu224 so you know softwaremaniac is one of the BSOD debuggers so he really knows what he's doing when he requests something, he probably thought that it must be something else if the Fixit couldn't do the job.

So how large is your update backlog:).

BITS service was unable to start cuz if "Windows event log" and "Windows event colletor" were not started , I disabled them by mistake
Without these 2 services BITS service can't start
