After removing the watermark, it is showing "Test Mode" in the right bottom corner. I even used BCDedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING off.

Not in my experience - I don't see text "Test Mode".

The switch "TESTSIGNING" is only for accepting critical, untested drivers - as far as I know.

I was using Intel HD 3000 drivers from another thread here. As soon as I turned it off the Intel driver couldn't function, but the message stayed. I started getting this error after I Refreshed Windows 8.

Yes it's nice to use watermark remover that doesn't cause problems. The one I posted was the best one I could find and it didn't cause any problems at all.

Peter did a nice job on this one.
