Only 63 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 80 - 100 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Many BSOD's in the WER section of MSINFO32 (for August) - but only one in the uploaded reports. Please let us know if you're using a disk cleanup utility such as CCleaner (and stop using it while we're troubleshooting). If not cleaning the drive, we then have to wonder if there's a problem causing the system not to capture the memory dumps. Please do this:
Upload Dump Files:
NOTE: If using a disk cleaning utility, please stop using it while we are troubleshooting your issues.
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service. Then post the link to it in your topic so that we can download it.

Also, search your entire hard drive for files ending in .dmp, .mdmp, and .hdmp. Zip up any that you find and upload them with your next post.

Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDumpMore info on dump file options here: Overview of memory dump file options for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2

Also, there's many, many more Live Kernel Events than BSOD's (in the WER section). This may be indicative of a hardware problem. Please:
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

The Admin Event Log shows that there's BugChecks (BSOD's) associated with the Live Kernel Events. This means that software isn't ruled out. If there were events without bugchecks - then we'd presume it was hardware. Since there were bugchecks, then we have to ensure that your system is set to collect bugchecks (as in my previous post). There can be other reason's that it's not collecting them, but that's beyond the scope of this topic.

Follow the instructions in my previous post and wait for the next BSOD (if it occurs). Then, zip up and upload the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump for us to have a look at.

If you'd like, you can also run these free hardware diagnostics while waiting: Hardware Diagnostics

5 pages and 9 months of bsods later I'm fixed!!
I saw some discounted ram on eBay and gave it a shot, plugged in the new module and took out the old and it works like a charm. Now, off to RMA the old module

I'm back :'(

Unfortunately it seems that my computer isn't fixed yet!

I get a lot of crashes during games where the image freezes and I get a buzzer like noise from the game freezing and then a quit to desktop.

I tried to update my graphics drivers twice today, each time I got an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bluescreen.

I'm Sure my RAM is fine as it's new and has worked fine with the computer since September time, the rest of the componennts I'm not so sure about. I'm really at a loss of what to do now, because doing normal tasks, it seems just fine. I'm thinking it's more likely to be a Motherboard or Cpu fault at this stage as I've had the irql fault from when I built the computer and it had no GPU.

Any help would be much appreciated and graciously received.

Let's have a look at a new tool collection output, if you can attach, please.

CPU is not the problem, for sure. Very doubtful motherboard is the problem, but very small chance. We'll see what we can see.
