Variety of BSODS Returning

Zip up and upload the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump for us to have a look at.
Since it's an IRQL error - please run Driver Verifier after uploading the memory dumps (this is in case the dump doesn't tell us the true cause). Use these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

The errors are primarily network related.
With the number of changes you've made it's a bit difficult to interpret the memory dumps
But it appears that you took out all the bad stuff right after the first memory dump on 6 April (so I analyzed only the last 3)

Please turn Driver Verifier off as it's served it's purpose here. It's pointing at network stuff, but doesn't directly blame a 3rd party driver (which is what it was set for). In most cases this points to a hardware problem - although Windows issues can also be a cause.

Since it's pretty consistently pointing at the networking stuff, I'd start looking at that.
I'd first uninstall Daemon Tools as it is a known cause of BSOD's in Windows systems:
Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

Then I'd remove the program associated with this driver:
WPRO_41_2001.sys Mon Nov 7 16:04:48 2011 (4EB847F0)
CACE Technologies WinPcap Packet Driver
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=WPRO_41_2001.sys

Finally, it appears you're using both Microsoft and Intel keyboard/mouse utilities. Please remove both of them - then test - then (if so desired) install only one of them.

Hi there, sorry I haven't replied in a very long time, I'd forgotten about this as I'd stopped using my computer in order to study for exams :(

Anyhow, What I have done is reinstalled windows and so far have only plugged in my Keyboard and Mouse set. I have updated my graphics drivers and all of the other drivers I have are the latest versions I believe also. However, I have had the irql bsod crash many times in the last two days.

Would I be correct in assuming that I have a hardware problem somewhere?

I have learned that my Ram is not actually compatible with my motherboard despite using an XMP profile, secondly my Hard Disk has been making a very loud noise since it was installed, is it possible I may have memory corruption there?
Or could it be that the keyboard and mouse are not supported by my computer (Despite being approved for Windows 8 use)

Thanks again for all the help!

While making the bootable usb for these tests I've discovered that my motherboard does not actually support my RAM module, is it possible that this has been the issue all along?

I'm also experiencing video driver crashes lately when trying to play games, so could it possibly be the incompatible RAM?
If so I'm more than happy to spend in order to buy a supported stick to test the stability of the system

While it is possible that the RAM could be the problem here, I wouldn't replace it just on a hunch.
It's easier to run memory tests to see if it's spitting out errors:
Memory Diagnostics
Prime95

If it does spit out errors, then it's advisable to replace the defective RAM sticks.

A while back when the issues started I did use Memtest and the ram passed in all slots for an overnight run so I concluded that the Module is fine. But I will run again to make sure.

I have used prime 95 and it will mostly work fine for a long time until the computer decides to throw a fit and chuck a BSOD message up.

If the Prime95 causes BSOD's, then it's either:
- RAM
- CPU cache
- memory controller (on the CPU in i5's)

Run several CPU stress tests (list here: Hardware Diagnostics - CPU Stress Tests )
If none crash the system, then you can suspect the RAM (if the Prime95 crashes are repeatable).

Prime95 errors usually indicate a hardware problem.
If the system passes the CPU stress tests - then the problem is most likely with the RAM.

Then run Prime95 on each stick individually - in order to find which one is erroring out on you.

Video driver issues may/may not be related. Uninstall nVidia drivers, then download and install the latest, Win8 compatible version. It may not fix it, but it'll get rid of one of the steps we'll have to try later on.
Also, as time permits, try the video stress tests (as video cards also have memory on them):
Hardware Diagnostics - Furmark
Hardware Diagnostics - Addl Video Tests

I think I may have solved the driver irql BSODS!
I disabled the IGPU in the UEFI setup as my motherboard supports Lucid Virtu MVP or some such which makes the igpu and the dgpu work together. I was then able to enter the game that previously crashed in the first 5 seconds just fine and play for a good 10 minutes. I will test the stability for a longer period of time tonight and report back/

I'm not a great fan of the Virtu software - having had problems with it in the early days of it's release.
I haven't seen any problems with it for around a year now, but that's limited to my BSOD experience.

It seems that most of my BSODS have disappeared as they are a lot less frequent now, unfortunately a power shortage in my house caused the PC to die, so I'm waiting for exam season to finish before I can pinpoint what has broken and what still lives. So far I think that my GPU is still alive as well as my hard drive. I have no means to test the motherboard or the cpu as the PSU also died.

Happy Days for me!!

Exams are all over and thankfully the power shortage only took out the PSU, I now have a new psu and have resumed using my desktop. However, it would seem that all the faults still remain and I'm getting a variety of BSODS regardless of what I do, I have a suspicion that it might be due to the motherboard being faulty, but have no means of testing this. I have also ordered new ram which is due tomorrow to test whether or not the RAM currently in the system is causing the issue.

My most recent BSODS have been:

Unexpected kernel mode trap
driver irql not less or equal
pagefault in nonpaged area
page fault in nonpaged area
page fault in nonopaged area
memory management
irql not less or equal

Let's start over fresh, please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

You can get a head start on the hardware diagnostics if you'd like - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics

You can run the memory test in the hardware diagnostics to test your RAM.

Right, I shall post up the zipped files shortly

I have not done any overclocking bar a slight increase in RAM voltage to increase stability somewhat, intel speedstep is also disabled as is intel turbo boost.
Driver issues were rectified earlier on in this process and I'm sure that I have updated all the drivers I could

The motherboard is on the latest bios update available at the moment
