Solved Removing win7 from dual boot

Disk Management Console didnt work ?

No, its unable to extend partition, and i have a lack of space. Those unallocated 800 GB would do just great.

I'll try with Easeus

If it is possible, just drag the partition slider all the way to the left till 0 (zero) on the left (unallocated) and apply changes. I believe it might take sometime though it's empty it says "moving data" (I don't quite understand some of windows behavior)

When you done restarting it, you can do another action to shrink or resize the drive to create new partition from it. (on the right side of physical map indicated on easeus.

The temporary
Did you create it or it just gets there? Can you resize that "temporary" or even delete it?
Of course is not possible to resize over other drive teritory :)
Sreenshot will explain I think.

I forget to specify if better have the screenshot of Windows disk management to see its status.

On easeus it is stated as boot means a bad news to you. Means that win 8 is booting from there and you won't mess up with it (as you can see that the win 8 drive is marked as none? How can that happen anyway? Win 8 taking 27 GB drive as system boot drive instead of merging it to system reserve drive or the win 8 drive.

Is the system reserve exposed when you open the windows explorer? as I see it having drive letter "K"

Well I think I might come up with a painful solution.

You'd better backup your data. Reinstalling WDP by deleting all partition and take 60 to 70 GB space (or less) for windows and take care of the rest of the partition when you finish installing it. Easeus will do.

Sorry for that mess, Mirac7

I thought that Partition magic isn't compatible with anything newer than xp.
I have already copied windows partition to beggining of hdd. How to set to boot from it? Can't I do it with msconfig or some other built-in windows tool?

Linux mint? it does have a pretty good partition manager built in. just download the newest one, and burn it to a disc, linux can be booted from disc, and no installation is required.

Mirac7.
Did you spare around 100 MB at the beginning of unallocated partition before moving the windows partition?
Maybe you can also use the copy partition wizard on Easeus to move your boot drive there (without adding letter).
But I'm not sure it will fit that space as on your previous post I saw the boot manager sit on 27GB drive.
