Yes, I do also use Memtest86+, specially when I buy new memory sticks, always run the test to make sure I have good sticks since I only have a 30 day to RMA if they are bad, and thank you John for clarifying this.There are limitations to the built-in memory diagnostic that I read about long ago. Since then I've preferred MemTest86+ - but even that isn't 100% reliable.

If you are going to replace the bad stick, make sure to replace with the same brand to avoid timing issue.
