List Of Tweaks: Need Help

I got another for you, how do you change the Windows 8.1 login sound? The sound after you type in a password and get to your desktop?

There is only a checkbox for "Play Windows Startup sound" no drop down menu to select a sound! If I look in the list it is absent, there is no log on, log out, log in, or log off, not even startup or shutdown only a checkbox??
