I have the same Error code:

this ONLY happens with a torrent app running i have discovered.
had uTorrent, now using qBittorrent to test and same RANDOM reboot,

i was suspicious of my ASUS M4A77TD PRO mainboard (nearing 5 years old)
But it never happens while gaming (BF4, Skyrim etc) , prime95 100% stable, etc etc

for my experience, i think have it nailed down to HDD's going to sleep while torrent is running.
basically HDD goes asleep, torrent app needs access - i hear the HDD trying to wake up - reboots.

while i use my PC it never happens but if i read a book while torrents are running, i'll see the reboot
if i leave PC, go out and set torrent app to put PC to sleep when torrents finish
i will always come back to a clean rebooted PC before torrents are finished.I'm still working on the fix...but at least i know the area to look at now..

Spec:
PhenomII@3.2 Stock, 8GB, HD6950 2GB, 1xSSD, 4xHDD, Win8x64 Pro.
