I can't get into windows in order to do that? However if you look at the top left of the Dialog box it says administrator? I can only access windows recovery options or the flickering black screen that other's have described. Thanks for the help thus far! :]

So after having both a windows level one and level two technician take control of my PC on numerous occasions still can't fix the issue. Hopefully someone can come up with a work around.

I get this problems installing "custom UltraUxThemePatcher "(windows dlls modifier) and Ux style
I tried ALL solutions posted here and that works for me: with the cd of win8 on the CD drive...shut down when off bios logo, shut down while bios logó, shut down when _ (apperaring and dissapearing) appear, shut down in windows 8 load screen, S. D. When before w8 load screen win8 disappear, while etc, and shut down while opening all that windows required, then all the win8 screens stop.. Only a white _ and a black screen appear.. Then the cd boot (FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!) AND THERE I TRIED REPAIR WIN8 SYSTEM DLLS, THAT FAIL, I TRIED DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM WITH THE STAR, THAT BRINGS AN ERROR, AND WHEN I TRIED RESTORING FROM A PREVIUS BACKUP... THATS WORKS.

**** W8.

when you are in X you are in WinPE - you are running > dism /online (when the windows C dir is offline)

Dism /Image:C:\ /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

How can level 1 and level 2 support take control of your PC - when you can't ???

I am not going to read 65 pages of this thread - this is why people should start their own thread,
but with that said, what is the issueYOU are having an issue with ??
