I have another hdd - there are few bad sectors. But this hdd I do not use for operating system, or programs, or games. And when I had blue screens, I were not using this hard disk.

Has your system crashed from the time you posted your last dump? If yes, please give me the new dump.
This is a WD official test tool: WD Support / Downloads / SATA & SAS / WD Blue / SE / SE16 (SATA II) Do the extended test please.
I/O error means that there is something wrong and it usually indicates a bad hardware. It could be just a bad sata cable or the drive itself. You could also check your disk with Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums

Boot to Safe Mode.

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt
Right-click the Command Prompt, and select: Run as Administrator

At the Command Prompt, copy/paste (with the mouse) the following text inside the code box below, and press: Enter

Something related to Flash Player. I'd suggest running a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware if you haven't already. Be careful to UNCHECK the free trial option at the end of the installation.

I am with the deafaut Flash Player if windows 8.1 has it. I mean I didn'n install it. How to reinstall? I could find separated and install it.

Strange. I don't know if this common with old my problems. Second time BSOW before game. In the past - unexpected shut downs, after them - BSOD with restart and after can't find bootable drive. Now this.
