Disable new titlebar in Modern Apps

Can't be done! It's an essential element of the App Staging API.
I found that with a program called Modern Mix, you can disable the title bar. It makes it disappear, but you can't drag apps down with a mouse. Also, it comes with a bunch of odd features as well that I don't want. This should prove that it's possible, but we need a standalone program or option for it. Modern Mix is here.
