Can't Use My Own Pictures

They still won't open. If I right click on one of the icons. a menu opens like below. If I pick properties I get pic 1 If I click edit I get picture 2 but it won't let me change anything. If I try nothing happens. But I wonder if that has anything to do with this problem.

Make sure you are trying to upload .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .gif & not a picture with a PSP extension.

Taking ownership of a picture or an entire folder containing pictures won't hurt & may help.

Great job showing me. But mine already says I'm owner. I did that for one photo... I'll check the rest but I'm pretty sure they all say that.
