This is a new Windows 8 (32 bit) install and I am unable to connect with the Store. In addition some of the pre-installed apps will not work. This is a Windows Vista to Windows 8 upgrade
Install was via a down load and using apurchased key.
Computer is a Dell Inspiron model 530Sdesktop with 3 Gigs of RAM

Have completed the following:
- Date and Time synchronized.
- Microsoft (alias) account established.
- Can connect to the Internet via IE, Firefox, and Google Chrome
- Made sure Proxy server check box is unchecked in IE.
- Tried to run wsreset but that did to work
