Download, install and run Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems
With Revo Uninstaller, remove iTunes and remove everything related, please check what it removes when removing extended.
When iTunes is removed with Revo Unistaller, check if the driver is still presents.

Please keep iTunes removed for a short while and try to reproduce the crash.

i have already removed itunes.
so i will still use revo to uninstall all apple related programs.

I also found that your amdsbs.sys driver (AMD AHCI Compatible Controller driver) is outdated 11-12-2012.
Try to update to a windows 8.1. driver on your motherboard supportpage.

Updated my system specs.

Uninstalled every Apple related programs with Revo. But the driver Gear is still there so I right clicked and deleted it.

This driver is not only used for Apple i tunes

It could be that if you using a CD/DVD etc. player you get problems.

I searched for this driver and found a new version

Atapi.
Only with up-to-date drivers can ATAPI hardware perform their important job of allowing the connection of not only hard drives , but also DVD and CD drives to the same location on a computer's motherboard. And the gearaspiwdm.sys driver is also used for CD and DVD.


I also see that you didn't update to the latest AMDAhci driver as asked before., the driver is still from 2012.

And also see if your system has the latest sata driver from ASmedia Version 3.1.6.0,
see under SATA https://www.asus.com/support/Download/1/24/46/7/QsleSfiMgdBr9241/41/

I did download the latest update from Asus and updated by right clicking on my driver > download from my drive and pointed to the update.
